I feel compelled to write you a thank you letter as you and your staff have been much more than a service to me, but rather a key factor in my family’s economical growth. Recently, my wife and I started going through our business files and suddenly cam across… Mrs. Nikki.. “The Captain” at Century Finance! Realizing the length of time since we first walked through the door seeking a loan for a Scooter (with no idea six years later) we would still be going strong! Mrs. Nikki at this point it’s really no longer about the money as much as it is about where the money or help comes from. I wanted to let you know how AWESOME Phillip and his team in Rocky Mount are. Phillip and his team truly care about there customers, treat them like family and does everything possible to make sure theit needs are met and the customer is satisfied before leaving. Phillip trusted me with a loan last year when I couldn’t get a loan anywhere else. “I have had several loans with Century Finance and my first loan was dated back to August of 2006. They told me then that as long as I paid my loans on time that I would always have a place to borrow money, and they have always stood behind their word to me. Over the years, I have had several shoulder surgeries and had it not been for the disability insurance that was written on my loan I would not have been able to make my payments.
